1. Scope
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Our offers address consumers and business buyers; the website is intended solely for private or commercial vehicle purchase.
2. Vehicle listings
All listing details (first registration, mileage, equipment) describe the vehicle and form part of the contract unless expressly noted otherwise. Errors and prior sale reserved; only the purchase agreement is binding.
3. Conclusion of contract
An offer arises via the contact form, in the showroom or through the digital order flow. The contract is concluded upon notarisation or handover of the signed purchase agreement. The seller retains title until full payment.
4. Prices, payment and delivery
All prices include German VAT, shown separately for business buyers. Payment by transfer, debit/credit card or financing. Collection at the vehicle’s location; delivery within 200 km available at extra cost.
5. Warranty
Used cars are sold with the statutory two-year warranty for consumers; commercial brokerage follows the terms of the purchase agreement. An optional additional warranty (12–24 months) can be purchased.
6. Right of withdrawal
For distance contracts (digital without personal contact) a 14-day right of withdrawal applies under §§ 312g BGB. Withdrawals to: [email protected]. The right expires upon full performance before the deadline if the buyer expressly agreed.
7. Dispute resolution
